Most dangerous chemical - aspartame

The clerk at 'Grains and Greens' told me about substitutes for sugar, non chemical type. She said that she had previously lived in Harbor Beach, Michigan, which has (had?) a NutraSweet manufacturing plant. One of the NutraSweet tankers was involved in an accident and spilled on the street. Emergency workers were not allowed to work on the spill, according to the clerk. Instead, a hazardous materials team was called from out of state, and did the clean-up in moon suits. When the cleanup was completed, she said the pavement was badly pitted.

We are putting this stuff into our body system every day! -

Once upon a time, aspartame was listed by the Pentagon as a biochemical warfare agent. Today it's an integral part of the modern diet...

Aspartame is the most controversial food additive in history. The most recent evidence, linking it to leukaemia and lymphoma, has added substantial fuel to the ongoing protests of doctors, scientists and consumer groups who allege that this artificial sweetener should never have been released onto the market and that allowing it to remain in the food chain is killing us by degrees...

Aspartame, sold commercially as NutraSweet, Equal, Equal-Measure, Spoonful, Canderel and Benevia, is currently available in more than 100 countries and used in more than 5,000 products by at least 250 million people every day. Worldwide, the aspartame industry's sales amount to more than $1 billion yearly. The US is the primary consumer -

Multiple sclerosis and aspartame

Read carefully:

National MS Society (USA) explains:

Several websites and documents circulating on the Internet are making unsubstantiated claims about aspartame, an artificial sweetener used in many diet soft drinks and other foods.

These stories claim that Aspartame is the cause of a variety of illnesses, including MS, lupus, Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease, birth defects, Desert Storm syndrome, brain tumors, and seizures. However, please bear in mind the following:

MS Society was created to protect interests. But whose ???

At the same time, after I typed "multiple sclerosis +aspartame" in a Google search window, I received over 75,000 results. Some are written by highly educated medical doctors, for example:

H. J. Roberts, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.C.C.P. I should first indicate that I am a Board-Certified Internist, a member of the American Academy of Neurology and a member of the Endocrine Society. I have written on MS for nearly four decades - including a chapter in my first text (DIFFICULT DIAGNOSIS; A GUIDE TO THE INTERPRETATION OF OBSCURE DISEASE, W. B. Saunders, 1958), and a number of prior personal research studies pertaining to the pathogenesis of M.S.

Former FDA Investigator Exposes Aspartame As Deadly Neurotoxin That Never Should Have Been Approved

MSG - another neurotoxin in a food!

For the last fifty years, the medical community has been baffled by the rise in cases of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and autism. These two diseases, unheard of before 1950, have been striking an increasing number of children. Physicians have been unable to explain to parents why their children are suffering these maladies despite there not being any family history of the disorder.

Finally these parents will know one possible answer. Thanks to John Erb, a developmental disorder researcher and author of the book The Slow Poisoning of America, one possible cause of ADHD and Autism is no longer a mystery.

"These diseases appear to be caused by a food additive commonly known as MSG or Monosodium Glutamate," John Erb explains.

MSG is added to food because of its addictive qualities, it is nicotine for food. It is highly reactive in the human brain and other organs

MSG and its related ingredients have been found in increasing amounts in processed and fast foods. Almost every restaurant and most processed foods from snacks and soups to ready-made meals have glutamate in them in some form or another. MSG has no nutritional value. Scientific studies have shown that food laced with the MSG cause people to eat more of it, and faster, than food without it...

MSG is a highly reactive amino acid. It is used by scientists in studies to purposely cause death to areas of the brain and is fed to rodents to make a strain of obese and pre-diabetic test subjects. MSG is classified as a neurotoxin: too much of it introduced to the brain can cause rapid cell death...

Autism, unheard of before 1950, (MSG was introduced to the American diet in 1948) has now risen to epidemic proportions with one in every 200 children born with the affliction...

More details - in article MSG: Nicotine for Food

Every dose of MSG (a neurotoxin) destroys brain neurons that carry messages in both children and adults. MSG (621) is not required by the body as it makes what it needs. All of the flavour enhancers are neurotoxins (code 620 to 625). MSG is not permitted in baby foods, but why is it there?

Splenda — the public health experiment

...biochemistry moment: Splenda is the trade name for sucralose, a synthetic compound stumbled upon in 1976 by scientists in Britain seeking a new pesticide formulation. It is true that the Splenda molecule is comprised of sucrose (sugar) — except that three of the hydroxyl groups in the molecule have been replaced by three chlorine atoms...

While some industry experts claim the molecule is similar to table salt or sugar, other independent researchers say it has more in common with pesticides. That’s because the bonds holding the carbon and chlorine atoms together are more characteristic of a chlorocarbon than a salt — and most pesticides are chlorocarbons...

Obviously, aspartame & Co are bad guys: these MS and other neurological diseases sufferers who stop using it, usually gradually recover !
